Step 1 of 7

What's your main goal?

Choose the one that best fits you right now.

  • 1,205 plans across 12 supermarket choices
  • Vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian and standard options
  • 1,500-2,500 kcal targets, plus custom calories
  • Takes 30 seconds, free, no sign-up

How the matching works

This is a filter over a library, not an algorithm that invents a plan for you. The seven questions narrow a catalogue of pre-built UK meal plans down to the ones that match your goal, diet, supermarket, calorie target, budget and how much cooking you want to do. Nothing is generated on the fly, which is why every plan you are shown has already been checked for its macros, its shopping list and its recipes.

The questions are not equally weighted. Diet and calorie target are hard filters - if you ask for a vegan or vegetarian plan, you will never be shown one that contains meat or fish. Supermarket, budget and effort are preferences, so if nothing matches perfectly you will be shown the closest fits rather than an empty page.

You can change any answer without starting again, and the results update as you go. If you already know what you want, browsing the full library directly is faster than answering questions.

What you get at the end

Every matched plan is a full seven days: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, with daily calorie and protein figures, a shopping list grouped the way a supermarket is laid out, recipes for each meal, an allergen summary and a printable PDF. There is no sign-up and nothing to pay.

The figures are estimates. Calories and macros are calculated from generic ingredient data rather than from the specific products you buy, and the cost estimates are planning ranges rather than checkout totals. They are close enough to plan a week around and not precise enough to treat as clinical measurements - if you have a medical reason to control your intake exactly, speak to a GP or a registered dietitian.
